Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Below, we have listed the most common questions asked by our clients.  If you find that your question is not listed on this page, please contact our Customer Service center (see listing of contact information at our web page Contact Us) . Our business hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  • Question: What is an In-house seminar?
  • Answer: An in-house seminar is a contract-based seminar. Our company contracts with yours to conduct a “private” seminar using the courses available in our company. We sometimes are asked to modify our existing courses to meet a specific need. The cost of this service is usually free depending on how much needs to be changed to meet the customer’s specific needs. These types of seminars are usually cost-effective to those organizations that: have reduced their travel expenses, have a large number of auditors to train, and wish to have everyone trained at the same time.

  • Question: What is a Public Seminar?
  • Answer: A public seminar is one that is conducted, generally, in a hotel using that establishment’s seminar facilities.  These types of seminars are probably the most popular because they are usually shorter in duration, they target an audience of auditors and professionals that come from departments with not enough employees to perform an in-house or private seminar.

  • Question: Why is it important that a company have CPE credentials from established professional organizations?
  • Answer: The facts are that if you are certified with an Accounting license and/or Auditing certification, you need to take courses from an organization that is recognized as a provider of CPE. Many of these certification organizations require the providers to submit their courses for approval within the field of study and/or relevance to fulfilling certification requirements. ARTI Global has spent hours in ensuring that all of the courses comply with national and regional requirements.  ARTI Global has received Provider of CPE credentials from National Association of Standards Board of Accountancy (NASBA) and the Florida Business and Professional licensing Department.  This means your objectives to either enhance your knowledge-base, and/or to complete your certification requirements will be met by contracting with us.
